The Agile Explorer has a foundational understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices that allows them to initiate an Agile conversation with co-workers and colleagues. This badge is available to IBM employees only.

The badge earner has demonstrated understanding of InstructLab and its applications in customizing AI Language Models (SLMs and LLMs). They possess a solid foundation in AI and Generative AI, and key concepts of the LAB methodology, taxonomy, synthetic data generation, and fine-tuning. They can demonstrate InstructLab features and they have hands-on knowledge on installing InstructLab, and contributing knowledge and skills to InstructLab while following the contributions guidelines.
